Dee attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville and Martin where she received her Bachelor of Science in Home Economics. She completed her Traineeship at Methodist Health Care in Memphis.
Dee serves as President and CEO of Dietitian Associates, Inc. Prior to co-founding DA, Dee held several leadership positions in healthcare in Memphis. She piloted the first congregate meal program for the State of TN which is now recognized as MIFA meals. She worked for five years as the Corporate Dietitian for Baptist Healthcare System consulting and providing operational reviews for hospital acquisitions in MS, AR, and TN. Dee worked as a Clinical Dietitian for Methodist Hospitals and some years later returned to Methodist to become the Director of Food and Nutrition Services for the Methodist LeBonheur Hospital-Germantown. While serving as the Director, she was recognized by CNN news for her innovations in hospital food service for being at the forefront of serving gourmet meals and hiring a chef in a hospital setting. She has become recognized as a leader in Food Service Administration and systems analysis as well as strategic planning. Under Dee's leadership, Dietitian Associates has become one of the first dietitian nutritionist clinics in the country to provide Tele-Nutrition to patients through an approved encrypted communication system.
Dee has lectured to dietitians across the country on the Nutrition Care Process on behalf of the national Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Dee is past President of the Tennessee Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, past President of the Memphis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and past President of the Memphis Area Nutrition Council. She served as the Chair of the Tennessee Licensure Board for Dietitian/Nutritionists for 7 years and for a number of years has served on the Advisory Board to the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences for the University of TN at Martin. She also serves on committees for the national Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics including the Peer Network for Nutrition Diagnosis, the Accountable Payment Model, and the Advisory Panel for the Nutrition Care Process. She is a nationally recognized speaker for the Academy in the area of the Nutrition Care Process and Tele-Nutrition and reimbursement.
Dee received the Outstanding Dietitian of the Year for the State of TN in 2011 and is the recipient three times of the Oustanding Dietitian of the year for the Memphis Academy.
In her spare time, Dee likes to travel, sew and spend time with family and friends.
Linda Pennington received her Bachelor of Science in Home Economics with a Food and Nutrition Option from Mississippi State University and her Masters of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University in Houston. She completed her Internship at the Houston Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Linda Vice President and co-owner of Dietitian Associates, Inc. and is lead clinical specialist for patient services.
Previously, Linda's career path included serving as Chief Clinical Dietitian for Methodist Hospital - Germantown, Clinical Dietitian at The MED, and Adjunct Faculty to the University of Memphis and Shelby State Community College. Linda also served as the College Program Coordinator for Central Texas College in Hanau, West Germany while her husband was stationed there in the military.
Linda has presented numerous lectures on IBS, Wound Care, Physical Nutrition Management, and many other topics. She has been interviewed on FOX 13 and also for the Commercial Appeal. She is Past President of the Memphis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and also Past President of the Memphis Area Nutrition Council. Linda has been very instrumental bringing public policy issues to the forefront for Dietitians in the TN area working with local and state legislators.
Linda received the recognition of Outstanding Dietitian of the Year for the State of Tennessee in 2012, Outstanding Dietitian of the Year for the Memphis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2008, Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year for the State of TN 1996, Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year for Memphis in 1996 and Outstanding Dietetic Intern in 1986.
Linda is active at Hernando United Methodist Church in Hernando, MS. She currently serves as chairperson of the Health Ministries Committee, member of the Authentic Fellowship Committee and leader of her United Methodist Women's Circle.
In her free time Linda enjoys travelling, cooking/baking, and walking 5K races with friends. Linda and her husband Tom have a son, Clark who is a recent graduate of Ole Miss.
Hannah was born and raised in Dundalk, Ireland. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Trinity College Dublin and earned a Graduate Diploma from Dublin Institute of Technology. As part of her studies for her degree, Hannah completed research at Purdue University in the United States where she met James Creamer who would later become her husband.
As part of a cultural exchange program, Hannah moved to Memphis in 2014 where her program was arranged with the dietitians at Dietitian Associates to become her mentors. During her time at DA, Hannah took her national boards and became registered in this country as well as being a registered dietitian in Ireland. The staff at Dietitian Associates, Inc. was so pleased with her work, they offered her a job and she accepted.
Prior to coming to the U.S., she was a registered dietitian in acute care and outpatient services. Her specialties include weight management, GI issues, Diabetes including gestational, infant weaning classes and other nutrition related disease counseling. Hannah works with our tele-nutrition clients only, providing nutrition counselling to individuals at their home or office via a HIPAA compliant video conferencing system. Since insurance does not reimburse for virtual visits in the home setting, we require that payment be made at the time the appointment is scheduled. Hannah is a member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Tennessee Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute and the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition dietetic practice group. She is passionate about health, nutrition and food.
In her free time, she enjoys working out, cooking and reading and has a love for travelling and experiencing new cultures and cuisines.

Note: We do not require a certain number of visits. It is up to you and your dietitian to determine your needs. Some nutrition related disease counseling requires more visits than others.
Haley was born and raised in Louisiana and moved to Memphis in 2011. She attended the University of Memphis where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She then completed her internship and obtained her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Medical Dietetics from Saint Louis University. Haley’s research was accepted for publication and can be found in the February 2015 issue of the ICAN: Infant, Child and Adolescent Nutrition Journal.
After the completion of her graduate studies, Haley moved back to Memphis to begin her career as a clinical dietitian at Baptist Memorial Hospital. During this full-time position, she also spent time covering at the Women's and Children's Hospital. Her specialties include, but are certainly not limited to cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, weight management, sports nutrition, oncology, nutrition support, vegetarian/vegan dietary practices, pediatrics and adolescents.
Haley is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Tennessee Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Memphis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Haley and her husband, Jon, reside in East Memphis. In her spare time, Haley enjoys cooking, singing, exercising, playing with her dog, and spending time with family and friends. You can also find her court-side at the Memphis Grizzlies basketball games, dancing and cheering as a Grizz Girl!
